1. Return and Refund Policy

• 1.1 Because it is a female sanitary product , we will not access refund or return after use.
  
• 1.2 If the package already open, we will not accept refund or return.
  
• 1.3 If there is a product defect, please contact us directly Lady Garden HK (ladygardenhk@gmail.com), we will handle it ASAP.
• 1.4 if return or refund, please provide Order Number, return item,quantity, return reason via email.
  
• 1.5 For the local customer, you have to raise out you return request within 10 days start from we delivered the goods.
  
• 1.6 For oversea customer, you have to raise out you return request within 10 days start from we delivered the goods.
  
• 1.7 If it is not the product defect or damage during delivery (Provide photos are needed), we will not accept any other damage reason for return or refund. 
• 1.8 If return or refund reason is customer issue, the customer has to bear all the delivery cost.
• 1.9 If it is the product defect , we will bear all the delivery cost.
  

2. Price

• 2.1 Lady Garden HK all product price on web or others are subject to official website http://www.LadyGardenHK.com as final
• 2.1 Lady Garden HK official website is the updated price, Lady Garden HK keep the right to change the price and information without any notification.
• 2.3 Even Lady Garden HK Official website is the updated price, Lady Garden HK still have the right to change the price after discussing with the customer in order to have a final price.
  
• 2.4 Lady Garden HK keep the right to end/change any promotion and statement. If any argue, Lady Garden HK has the right to make a final decision.
  

3. Delivery

• 3.1 If any uncontrollable  issue affect the goods cannot be shipped or lost, Lady Garden HK no need to bear any responsibility including the goods already ship out
  
• 3.2 If any change of the Shipping Address, customer have to inform Lady Garden HK before the confirmation of order. After order confirmed, we keep the right to charge the customer for the extra handling fee.
• 3.3 Lady Garden HK keep the right to reject the delivery order

• 1.6 海外客戶由我們成功寄出貨品開始計算 20 天內 必需提出退換申請。
  
• 1.7 如非貨品自身缺陷 或 運送過程丟失損毀 (必須提供照片), 我們不會接受任何因損壞而退換。
• 1.8 如退換原因是因為閣下下單錯誤 , 閣下需支付來回運費或聯絡本公司進行對換。
